The activities of the center include the administration, technical maintenance of municipal infrastructure facilities, organization of their use and provision of paid services. The institution organizes the rental of sports and other premises and spaces for training, competitions, events and other activities, carries out long-term rental of municipal real estate, as well as the rental of advertising areas and event infrastructure.
The terms and conditions of service provision and applicable rates are set out in the price lists for services provided by the Panevėžys Real Estate Management Center approved by the Panevėžys City Municipal Council.
